This system produces a pre-glued box on demand that has been configured to fit an individual cabinet.

An electronic system identifies each cabinet size as it enters the pack area. The Flexmode system automatically receives each size and produces a box. Each box is configured to automatically add internal space for corner protection. The box is dispensed to the IL-G gluing station where it is joined and dispensed to the pack line.
