Component Manufacturer – flat boxes

This system products a flat box on demand that has been configured to fit a random set of hardware components. As each set of components enters the pack area an Opti-software based system identified the individual components, and combines them into the minimum box size configuration.

The Flexmode system automatically produces a box to the optimized configuration and dispenses it to the pack line location.
